More than 20 years have passed since the book

“Welcome to the STAR BAR” was published.

 

Also broadcasted NHK Documentary TV program

called “The Professionals” and become more famous in all over Japan.

Year by year, bar and staff is changed but

still STAR BAR is traditional Japanese Ginza-styled bar.

 

You can taste classic cocktails as a Star Bar styled and

also you can find lots of whisky and rum from wide ranges.

Especially ice is one of the main features of the STAR BAR

such as “NINJA ICE” and original natural made ice and

special machine-made ice...
